Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Allowing for processing, most orders arrive within roughly 10 business days of being placed.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can extend them.

International orders

We ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout — the options and their estimates are shown before you pay.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT. These are charged by the destination country once the shipment arrives, are not included in the total you pay us at checkout, and are not collected by The Roots Naturelle. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility.

Free shipping over $50

Orders over $50 ship free. The $50 threshold is applied to your order total after any discounts have been taken off, not to the total before discounts.

This means a discount — including a bundle saving or a rewards redemption — can bring an order below $50 and shipping will then apply. Your final total, including any shipping, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item. Return shipping costs are not refundable, and if you receive a refund the original shipping cost is deducted from it. Full details, including the return address, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
